This is helpful in navigating the complexities of daily life, but over time we can begin to feel stuck and stale as patterns form. We might even find ourselves repeating old strategies, numbing out, or on automatic pilot through the day. Mindfulness and self-compassion are relatively safe and effective ways to learn how step out of reactivity, relate to ourselves and situations clearly, stay present with compassion through difficult moments, approach challenges with curiosity, and develop new habits.

community art & integration groupThis group is for anyone who has had a mystical experience and would like to integrate their experience in a safe community through journaling and art making. Integrating a mystical experience is a way to anchor change and cultivate meaning in our lives after the experience has passed. The opportunity to share and be witnessed by a group is a powerful way to foster a deeper understanding of the experience, yourself, and the world around you. A mystical experience could be described as experiencing the oneness of reality, union or contact with the divine or a deity, a feeling of innocence or transcendence or universal truth, and/or a temporary loss of individuality. Many people have had these kinds of experiences through connecting with nature, taking psychedelic substances, and medical traumas. Having a mystical experience is not a requirement for joining the group, but curiosity, respect, and interest in mystical experiences is recommended. No artistic ability is required and no one will be turned away from lack of funds.

individual mentorship sessionsMentorship sessions are available to help you listen to your own inner wisdom, nourish the soil of your being, root down into your life, and gain clarity in any area. What inspires you? What gives you energy? What steals your energy? What are you letting go of and what are you embracing in your life right now? What is happening in your relationships? What is in your career? What is growing inside of you? How are you feeling and expressing emotions? What gifts are being expressed through you? These sessions are great for a one-time check-in or an ongoing dialogue of support. Now offered online.
